How do I set my ringtone?

After you tap Make ringtone, tap Share → Use as Ringtone on the export screen. Then go to Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Ringtone and pick it. Requires iOS 26 or later.

How long can a ringtone be?

Ringtones can be up to 30 seconds, and text tones up to 8 seconds. The editor stops you at the limit.

Restore a purchase

In the app, tap Restore purchases in Settings (or Restore on the paywall), using the same Apple Account you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone and choose Ringtape Pro. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
